Update 11/27. We ordered legs and the chair works perfectly. A little stiff, but nice.
11/24 We needed this for guest during the holidays. The chair arrived in one heavy box. It is missing hardware (assuming it comes with it), legs, and instructions. We have a chair that sits on the floor and does not recline. The manufacturer does not ship parts so we were told wed have to reorder the entire chair. Not happy!
